She is also popularly known for receiving several popular awards and honors throughout her career in the music industry. Along with her solo work, she has also co-written several popular songs and collaborated with many popular musical artists.
Lorde started her career as a singer after she and her friend Louis McDonald won the Belmont. After that, she made her appearance on Jim Mora’s Afternoons show on Radio New Zealand along with McDonald. They have performed the covers of popular songs Mama Do and Use Somebody.
